The executive MBA at the Zollverein School is aimed at
professionals working in all corporate areas that plan and
implement innovation processes: from strategic planning and
product development to communication and marketing at the
interface between company and customer. Our target group
includes:
• professionals working in the fields of general management and
product development who need both well-founded management skills
and skills in applying creative disciplines,
• professionals who would like to further their careers and take
steps towards an innovation-oriented management position,
• professionals working in the fields of marketing, advertising,
and communication who would like to focus on the positioning of
products and services,
• designers and architects who focus on the strategic use of
creative and market-oriented disciplines either within a company
or in a self-employed capacity.
Seeking lateral thinkers
Interdisciplinarity is what the courses at the Zollverein School
are all about. Economists and architects study side by side with
engineers and designers in order to develop and control
innovation and transformation processes at the interface between
management and creativity. Working together on projects and case
studies, the MBA students channel their different experiences,
knowledge, and working methods into their work, thereby creating
the ideal atmosphere for the development of innovative solutions
and sustainable ideas.
